Racing Bike Cakes Fitness Work Out?

This is my new work in the fitness studio will start to lose body fat

Secondly, what I do
Monday Wednesday Friday I 50 miles a day thats 150 miles for the hole-free days (I ride my BMX, though) not a racing bike or bike with gears
Tuesday and Thursday I went in the same time as I did my bike and jogging about 6 miles and then would walk to school, which is 4 miles from school
On Saturday, I'm not as many laps as cycling then a walk to cool to the wood and heat until
Sunday is a day of rest, etc.
Even in speaking of boxes 2 to 3 daysWeek
It's my job and plan
Is that good or not?
And if I stay with the plan of work for at least 6 to 8 weeks, I will be able to remove the body and in a position to my abs, etc.?
