I do not know if they really eat as natural, but our dog Blue Buffalo. We buy, simply because the health benefits, so it probably is. If you are for dog food, I recommend Blue Buffalo. In addition to the very healthy, our Pomeranian is a very thick coat and beautiful, and we believe it is at least partly because of the food they receive.
The current rules allow dog food manufacturers to use ingredients that are never knowingly feed your dog. May, in fact, you may be surprised to learn what some brands of dog food really contain. I use Healthwise Lambmeal and oatmeal dog food. Healthwise has also other types. The coats are very soft and silky, our veterinarian, she said they are all very healthy. Here is a link to this page:

I agree Buffulo Blue is very good. But not the "high quality" food for pets. I prefer "wellness". This is the best mark ~
